  2. ok I’ve been doing this on and off for two week but I’m trying to start a consistent routine so I’ll be tracking my workouts and showing my results (hopefully 30 days strong):
    Day 1: ✅ completed twice

  3. i did this workout for like a month straight almost everyday last summer , and working uld do between 2-3 reps. it works so so well, i rly did see results and it was my cardio for the day so ik this was what was making me slimmer. i would pair this with some butt and/ab workouts either from daisy like the bubble butt workout or another one , and it rly was so good. i was in the best shape

    Day 1: My body was ACHING

    Day 2: lacked motivation but did it
    Day 3: done
    Day 4: started seeing some results
    Day 5: was about to give up but did it
    Day 6: took a rest day
    day 7: was so much easier, and surprisingly fun
    day 8: done
    day 9: was on holiday couldnt do it
    day 10: was on holiday couldnt do it
    day 11: was going to take a rest day, but i did them because i was afraid i gianed alot of weight on holiday
    day 12: did the workouts but it felt extra hard for some reason
    day 13: did the workouts, its been so frustrating since i havent been able to see any trasformations in me, and thought about giving up multiple times

  6. I’m doing the entire hourglass challenge for a month!

    Starting measurements:
    Weight: 66kg
    Waist: 30.5inch

    DAY ONE: I’m on the floor sweating and drained but I feel very satisfied. Did the forms incorrectly and my body didn’t move correctly (I skipped the warning up video) but I’ll be sure to remedy that next time!

  7. i'm so proud of me! i did 3 rounds in a row event though i felt lazy and unmotivated. i pushed my limits
    guys you can dot it it's not impossible (i recommend listening to your own playlist during the workout with songs you enjoy)

    Day 1: not that hard 🙂 (I forgot to post my comment yesterday)
    Day 2: exhausting btw I also did one of her workouts before I did this one

  11. I'm doing this for 7 days at least to see my results I don't really mind losing weight I just want to lose body fat and get more toned
    here are my measurements before:
    August 26: stomach-29 inch
    waist-27 inch
    hips-31.5 inch
    day one: I did this workout 2 times and I also did the 10 min abs
    day two: my inner thighs are sore, i did this workout once and did 10 min abs i also have an hour of dance
    day 3: i didn't do it this day but i did walk for an hour and i did an hour of dance

  12. I’m gonna do this for a month but I’m gonna only update for the first week plus I’ll be dieting
    Day 1: my god my legs hurt I could barley make it through those squats ( I never work out btw😅)
    Day 2: again my legs hurt and the squats are hell I’m gonna try to do 2 sets tmr but I’ll probably fail…

  13. okay so i’m gonna do this for 3 weeks.I started yesterday.
    Day 1 : I was kind of tired after the workout but i wasn’t out of breathe which i appreciate a lot 🙂
    Day 2 : ⚠️important⚠️(even if you probably don’t care lmao) i’m doing this+her hiit workout at home+her 10 min hourglass workout+lilly sabri 5 min lower abs workout 2 times a day.Oh and i also walk everyday for at least 2 hours and i eat super healthy things.
    I was happy to do this workout.I felt really good after this
    Day 3 : My legs were sore from yesterday’s workout but i pushed myself to do this
    Day 4 : Forgot to do this one but i’ve done the other workouts
    Day 5 : Woah today was intense! I walked 35k steps ! I was too tired to do it lmao
